I'm a bit improving. I'm doing my best do it slowly as it should be so as not to affect much of the shortness of my breath. My pedometer records 4,174 steps which is approximately 2.93 kilometers. Calories burned is 167.08. I'm done with my walking for 1hour and 9 minutes. You guys, did you walk today?

We all start somewhere and every step gets us closer to our goals. I have not since I woke with a migraine so I will be taking it easy today and will not get in a lot of steps today. I do get a lot of walking in at work like yesterday was 10,888 steps. My average per day is right around 11,000

@Nakitakona Oh yeah, I try to take it easy as much as I can. Like right now I am at 13,787 wont get a lot more than that for the day since I am home and just going to relax for the evening.

@Bensen32 That's really ideal. I have set my pedometer to 10,000 steps a day but I couldn't barely reach it.

@Nakitakona It's good you are improving,keep it up No I couldn't take a walk. Due to the rain the soil is wet.and I don't like when the soil is sticky.It makes hard to walk.
