I accepted the Challenge

I can tell you that it won't be an easy one for me. I am not allowed at this point to share with you the details. This may be harder for me than I think, but I said I would do it so I must.
I am finding it hard to not get irritated over the heat. It's dumb to let that get to me. I have no control over it.
I just had a raspberry shake. It probably caused more harm than good, but I loved it.

Accepting challenge is good, about the heat oh yes we can't stop it , raspberry shake sounds good.

Glad you accepted the challenge. Can any of us help? Unfortunately I think the heat and drought are here to stay for a while. Stay cool and hydrated.

the heat is really a big challenge especially for someone working outdoors.it's time that air–condition come in handy.
