Jalebi is one of the most popular Indian desserts meant for those with a sweet tooth. like me

The process involved is ,mixing all purpose flour, corn flour, a bit of baking powder and curd that is drained out and a bit of water added. . This needs to be kept for a few hours for fermenting.
The batter should be flowing thick. In a deep frying pan oil is heated and the batter is poured in circles through a muslin cloth. The finished product is then soaked in sugar syrup for a while and then placed on paper. . For the colouring saffron is added and so also cardamom powder for the flavour.
Enjoy
