Would Be Nice to Choose Our Own Music

Was on the phone for the last 45 minutes or so, trying to get answers from my insurance company. Was transferred to three people.
It would not be so bad if the music was better. Maybe we should be able to choose our own music. Anyway, I finally got my answers. Moving on now to another project.
A warm day. Need to go fill up the bird bath. They will appreciate it I am sure.

that is a brilliant idea. I suspect there are call center software companies thinking about that!

@CarolDM so some packages for call centers do offer that feature. However, it is from what I've heard only implemented in a few places.

I agree with you that we should choose music to listen to when we are on hold on the telephone.

What I hate is when the music is playing so loud that I have to put the phone on speakerphone.

It's so frustrating to not only have to stay on the phone, buy to have to listen to horrible music while you're held hostage is even worse.
