Wrote ten poems last night

I went to bed last night and all of a sudden I had this idea for a poem. Actually, a few lines came to me. I took out my iPhone, opened the Notes app, and started writing. After I finished writing the poem another one came to me. And after that another... Before I knew it, I had ten poems written.
I wanted to keep on writing but I stopped. I was doing it in the dark, since hubby was sleeping, and my eyes were tired. I probably could've written more poems if I didn't stop. Oh well. Ten is a great number in itself. I will need to do some edits but they are gonna go into my new book Seasonal Memories that I've been working on.

They haven't been going anywhere.

@LindaOHio If that price included illustrations, cover, lots of marketing campaigns perhaps but I'd still not wanna spend that much to publish a book. The books the publish, are they print-on-demand or how does that work?

It is best to write the ideas down right when they come to you or you may forget them. I actually had that happen to me but the ideas came to in the shower and there was no way that I could write them down.
If an idea for a lyric comes to me in the shower (like exact lines) I just keep repeating them till I get out and can jot them down.
