Breathing is a good start to the day. If you can get a day of rest, that is good. You probably need that.

I did get my day of rest. I have to have one once in a while that is not caused by a medical issue.

I already went for a our walk. Got rid of all of the weeds in the yard. Made sure all the garden flowers and vegetables are doing ok. Did one load of laundry folded the laundry and put it away. Cleaned the kitchen real good. And it is only 10:30AM so I did good. Now I am going to be online for awhile.
