What is going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
I am making Zucchini Boats! I first had them at a restaurant in Cozumel, Mexico and figured out how to make them myself here. It isn't difficult: hollowed out zucchini halves, slices of cream cheese, marinara sauce, mozzarella sauce, and fresh parsley. The restaurant that made them has since been sold to a new owner who turned it into an Italian place. Good thing I figured out how to make them!

Sounds like an interesting recipe to try.
Only 9:38am here in Manila, had a couple slices of bread and some corned beef and eggs for breakfast.

I remember my Mom making zucchini boats many years ago. I have never made them. I should , you have given me an idea. Since my husband works today on the 4th, we will cook out another day, so I am making spaghetti for dinner tonight.
