Are you addicted to online shopping?

Who has noticed the increase in the no. of cardboard boxes and packages in their houses. One of my bedroom is almost half-filled with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc. packets.
Ofcourse, this never happened to us before. It all started from last year's lockdown. When we ordered almost everything except for essential food items (rice, wheat, milk, curd, vegetables, fruits, eggs, etc.), from different e-commerce sites.
We are now planning to sell these 'extra load' to the recycling people as these 'extras' are taking a lot of space.
There are many times we buy products which are really not necessary. And we tend to discover it after the product has reached our hands. It's a pity we spend so much money unnecessarily. But what can we do when we are addicted to online shopping.
A few weeks ago, I heard that the Indian govt. took some steps against major e-commerce sites to help the retail market. I hope this will make all online shopping addicted people pull their brakes before it is too late.
What about you guys? Are you also addicted to online shopping? Can you stop yourself when it's time?

@Anqaya I can't say I'm addicted to it or have ever been addicted to it. Though, I'm not exactly in a position where I need to order online much but it's understandable for those who are not wanting to go outside right now / on lockdown.

Thankfully, I do not have this problem. I also prefer to shop in actual stores. It creates for a much more enjoyable and fun shopping experience. Plus, I decide if I like the item before I actually buy it. If I don't like it I put it back on the shelf/rack and don't have to deal with returns. I actually shopped more before the pandemic. These days I don't go shopping much aside from groceries. Saves me money. But I miss it. Don't remember the last time I was at the mall.

@Anqaya It's much more enjoyable than sitting online scrolling through a website to find something to buy.

Not addicted I do notice that I keep slipping which adds something to my cart, then I stumble which puts my card info in then I fall down and next thing I know there is a package at my door. Aha oops oh no

But we must go out a little.

To be fair with my sister, she's never bought anything that she doesn't need and she's always bought something for us too.
