Oh, What A Lucky Find!

When my husband ran downstairs to grab our laundry out of the dryer, he came back with a little something extra. We have a Free Pile in the laundry room where folks leave things they can not use, or don’t want. We found one of these sandwich machines in perfect condition. It was brand new, never been taken out of the box!!! How lucky was that?
I had to buy groceries today anyway, so I got some wonder bread, and American cheese, along with a can of PAM cooking spray. Hubby and I are going to have a wonderful time making and eating perfect grilled cheese sandwiches.
Anyone else have one of these? Do you like it? Tell me what you think, and know.
If not, would this interest you? Why?
Any ideas of what else we can make in it?

You could probably make funny looking waffles in it.

@danishcanadian Maybe potato pancakes or latkes would be better.

Hey cool. I’m glad I could help. I’d love to know what you end up making in it.

I have something simular, but I haven't used it in a while. Depends on the size of what you can do. Good luck.

Yeah. I do t care if everything comes out that shape. It’s going to be fun to see what I can do. We’re already thinking of quesadillas.

Never heard of it before. Then again I rarely eat bread.

Nice
! That box actually looks familiar . . . I think we may have had that exact same one at one time! We didn't use it much back then . . . but it would have been quite useful with our kids (we got rid of it before they came along). So many possibilities but I think we only made grilled cheese
.
