specially dear in China if you ask me,average well-nigh 800 yuan yearly,and rare foreign sites available.plus,a lot of native sites ask their own fee. okay in your country?

It depend upon the speed/bandwidth you are opting for. And it varies depending upon varies challenges faced by the Local ISP. For me I am using 15Mbps link which cost me over $100 every year.

Its different for different amount of internet. I use airtel Rs. 499 plan.
