We were going to go see my brother and his wife in Oklahoma. We planned to leave early tomorrow, and come back Saturday afternoon. Someone we know has passed away, someone my brother knows. He needs to go to the funeral Saturday. I told him we would see him another time. It is what it is. Meanwhile, I will hang out here with hubby.

We will go later in the month and spend some time with my brother and his wife. We could go on a week day but she works and I do not want to leave her out.

I’m sorry you don’t get to see your family, and for such a sad circumstance. Enjoy your “plan B,” and hopefully you can meet up with your brother soon.

He has a special place he wants us to go. I just have some commitments on Sundays for the next three weeks so that would keep us from having any visiting time.
