Helping mom with an MS Word issue

My mom was doing stuff for work and needed my help with an MS Word issue. She was trying to paste screenshots into Word but they were not pasting in the correct size. After a few hours of trying things that didn't work, and searching stuff online and finding nothing, I had this idea to ask her if her document was in print layout or web layout. She checked and it was in web layout. I told her to change it to print layout and see what happens. She did and it did the trick. Her screenshots were the right size and whatever she pasted was the right size as well. I was happy that the issue was solved, however, I wish I had thought of that hours earlier. Would have saved me a lot of time.

Photos can be resized in MS word if they're in jpg, jpeg or PNG format. Now it has been resolved. Good.

To resize every screenshot, when there are many of them, is time consuming. She didn't want to have to do that.

If you knew that she was struggling you should have guided earlier and that would have saved her time.

I was frustrated that I didn't think of that right away. It's like solving a math problem or whatever. Some people do it the short way and get the answer while some do it the long way when they could've done it the short way and saved time.
