Manipulation in the US stock market

In recent times, a lot of manipulation have been going on in the US stock market right from sell off, pump and dump, meme stocks and SPACS. What caught my attention of late is the recent indices in it's all time high in the wall street while majority of the stocks under those indices are on all time lows. I believe this is like stealing ones share and allowing one to sell off his or her shares by the Institutions and buying back on the low side. What's your view about this issues going on in the wall Street.

First of all welcome to mylot. Stock market is a place for manipulation. Only those who are clever enough to understand that should be there. Manipulations do go on despite many being punished for insider trading. One should therefore avoid trading and be a long time investor in quality stocks.
