A strange rescue story of a bear with a bucket stuck on her head

I have seen some very strange stories of animals having to be rescued by authority figures where an animal has either a jar or bucket stuck to their heads. The latest wacky animal rescue story comes near Boulder Colorado where a female bear that must have gotten her head stuck in a bucket from eating food that was inside of a plastic bucket had to be rescued by officials of the Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) recently. David McConaughy and his friend Dave Sherman were working on their home doing construction work when they saw the bear running in the woods with the plastic bucket on her head. Both David and Dave contacted the CPW officials to inform them that they had seen the bear who has the plastic bucket on her head for over a week, the two men used a tactic to chase the bear up the tree until the CPW officials arrived to use a tranquilize the bear who was knocked out while she was in the tree. The CPW officials used a ladder that David loaned them to take the bear down from the tree to remove the bucket from her head. CPW spokesperson Jason Clay mentioned that the bear entered a chicken coup and she ended up getting the bucket stuck in her head for over a week. However the bear was able to eat her meals and drink despite having a plastic bucket stuck in her head, the officials were concerned that the bear gained weight, she would have problems eating in the near future.
