Baked Pork Chops for Dinner

Decided on baked pork chops for dinner. Bought the boneless and they are so very tender.
Having mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans. Skipping the bread this evening.
I hardly ever fry any more. Baking is so much easier and healthier. I used bread crumbs and seasoning on these. Easy to cook. They are always so tender and juicy.

With bread crumbs you're still getting a form of bread. But, I agree. I perfer to bake over anything else.

We went to a Mexican restaurant for lunch today and had a bbq pork, Spanish style, with beans and rice (of course) and it was delicious!

Yum. Looks great. We had pork loin from the Meals on Wheels this week which was surprisingly good.

@DocAndersen My Dad made a casserole with the same ingredients but he would also add thinly sliced potatoes on the top. So good.

@CarolDM last time we covered them in cream of mushroom soup, and put dried onions on top they were amazing
