It's my daily routine to walk early in the morning and late in the afternoon. Now I'm enjoying the benefit of it like losing weight, good sleep, feeling stress free and of course energized. Recently I read that walking could aid your brain to remember things. How? Check this source:
A study found that the walkers and dancers were aerobically fitter, as expected. Even more important, their white matter seemed renewed.

Whether walking is good for the brain or may not, still we shouldn't discount the benefits one gets from walking.

That is interesting. Walking has many benefits. Sometimes walking helps me find new ideas if I am feeling stuck while working on a story (I write short stories)

I can believe that. Walking is not just an exercise for your body, but also your brain. It gives your brain a break from "routine" . . . you see and think differently when you walk.

I think it is true. It doesn’t only help my brain to remember but also to be mentally awake when I go to work in the early morning.

@Nakitakona I am very glad you can be stress-free when you walk. Does all the stress come back after your walk or are you still fine?
