Weight Loss Journey 2021 - July 26th

Another day has passed and I stayed on plan. It's been 8 days in a row! Not much to say for the weigh in, pretty much stayed the same as the past few days. Ugh! Blood sugars: Fasting - 170 Meal 1 -- Meal 2 - 137 Meal 3 - 104 What I ate: Meal 1 -- Double Beef 'N cheddar bowl from Arby's - no bun, no red ranch. Added some sugar free ketchup. Followed that with a peanut butter cup (sugar free/low carb) Meal 2 -- 6 slices of deli meat, 1 slice of cheese Followed that with a caramel cup (sugar free/low carb) Meal 3 -- Pizza wrap (low carb tortilla, pizza sauce, pepperoni, shredded cheese) After that I had some HighKey cookies (1 net carb per serving) and Ross Chocolates minis ~ lemon and coconut flavor. Macros for everything? Calories - 1,165 Protein - 69 Fat - 88 Net Carbs - 21 Sugar - 6 Water -64ish oz. I worked out for almost an hour and a half and burned 766 calories (approx). Steps - 10, 127 Today was better than the day before with eating...still struggle with wanting to eat anything besides chocolate lol. What do you think of my day of eating/working out? Do you think I will finally see a drop on the scale? How did you do (if you want to share)? Photo via Pixabay

@DocAndersen I only have myself to blame...I had got it down to 5.6, only to go back up to 11.7.

@MommyOfEli2013 I'm so glad you enjoyed today. It's ok to relax once in a while. Be lazy if you want and just enjoy the cheat day. You've earned it.

@Vikingswest1 Well I wouldn't say I enjoyed, spent hours feeling awful. I still don't think I "earned" it lol

The test results were not good at all...but I knew they'd be bad. Just shared about them. We had arcade pizza and froyo....was good. However now I feel the effects...carbs zap my energy.

You did good! Keep it up. I'll know in a couple of hours what the scale says. I think I did okay, yesterday.

The workout will start helping. I am more worried about your numbers. They are slowly dropping.

Once I am doing them for a month or so, maybe. Should help my sugars too. I probably need to do a zero carb diet....but I don't want to give up chocolate lol
