How to boost your immune system

Hii everyone,
This is jamu (indonesian traditional herbs drink). The Ingridient is ginger, turmeric, lemongrass, curcuma and etc which boiled with water. It's taste not really good but its so healthy. You can also add honey on it for increase taste. It's my way for boost my immune system in this pandemic.
So guys, what do you think? How to boost your immune system in this pandemic?

Ohhh, I have all that stuff except curcuma . . . I'll have to look up what that is. I know the other ingredients are very good for the immune system.
I don't really have an immune booster recipe . . . but I do eat/drink a variety of things to keep healthy overall.

@much2say itsnt same. yes itsnt easy for few people for guess which is curcuma and which is turmeric . Although color almost same that yellow dark, But as i know turmeric have shape long and more thin than curcuma. Curcuma shape big and almost round.

There's no real way to "boost" your imune system. Only keep it working it's best. Stay active, get outside. Exercises and figure out how to get some sun. Basically, live your life to the best of your ability before you knew of the word "pandemic".

i try to eat fruits regularly and sometimes i take C vitamin or multivitamin pills.

During pandemic time i drink much kadha for increasing immunity.
Your jamu looks so yummy in glass.
Drink it dear and increasing your immunity level.
