You suck!

Yes Covid-19, you suck. That's why I'm getting my shot today so I can at least be somehow protected and my loved ones too. Last night, my brother's father-in-law died of Covid-19. My brother and his family is in quarantine. But at least just in their house. I am hoping none of them would get the virus. Just last weekend I saw my niece and I asked her where she was going. She said her grandfather couldn't breathe so they need to get an oxygen. At that time, I already thought that it might be Covid. But he was a sickly man prior to that already. IN fact he just stays in his wheelchair. So I just said to myself that it could be due to his illness. So please, do what you can to stay healthy and protect yourself from the deadly virus. It's not a joke. It's real.

I've been vaccinated, and I encourage everyone else to get vaccinated, but I don't judge those that choose not to. However, it has become very concerning that this new Delta variant of Covid is much stronger and deadlier than previous variants of the virus. And it seems that each mutation keeps getting stronger and deadlier. If that's not enough to make someone want to get the vaccine, then I don't know what is.

@popciclecold At the start, nobody wanted to get the vaccine here. They're afraid to die from the vaccine. But now, the vaccine center is getting crowded every single day coz everybody wants it.

Fortunately, they're negative but they're still home quarantined for 14 days. Except for my son and my brother in quarantine, the rest of our family is fully vaccinated now including my son's nanny.

@LadyDuck Why can't he have the vaccine at the moment? Even with the vaccine we must remain cautious and responsible especially to our loved ones and other people.

@toniganzon I am fully vaccinated, my husband cannot have the vaccine for the moment. I always wear my mask when I go out and pay attention to protect him.

Sorry for your families loss. I have been fully vaccinated since June and I'm glad I did. Some of my family doesn't believe in the vaccine but I wanted to protect myself.

@toniganzon I never judge those that don't want to be vaccinated we all have our own opinions on it. I just did it as I have a heart condition so I was protecting myself from getting even more sick than I need 2.

@Blondie2222 You are free to make such a choice. Have you talked to your doctor about it? My father-in-law has a heart condition. He had a heart attack twice and survived it. He got the vaccine last month. I know someone who has auto immune problems and the only vaccine that was suggested by her doctor was AstraZeneca.

It's your choice and I do unhesitant those who are hesitant to get it. But I do hope that they'd consider getting the vaccine.

I am so sorry to hear that. Except for my brother who is in quarantine and my son, a minor, we are fully vaccinated now. But we are still very careful when we are in a public place.

I had my shot yesterday only, Monday morning as it was rescheduled by my sister. It's been almost 24 hours since I got the shot and so far so good. My other sister had a fever last night though and her boyfriend is still feeling ill until now.

Janssen by Johnson and Johnson. It's the only vaccine that's given with just a single dose that's why the chances of getting the side effect is higher. Fortunately, me my husband and our nanny didn't have any. My sister and her boyfriend though got a terrible fever until now.

@asianlady It helps that I'm taking a really good brand for my vitamins and I'm diffusing thieves as well to boost my immune system. I guess, it's the essential oils that helped me a lot.

I'm truely sorry for your recent loss. However, I won't live in fear of a virous and neither should you. You need to start living and stop blaming COVID for everything.
