I think you can get tired quite often not just sometimes. I hope things that make you tired won't happen to you, and just because you're tired doesn't mean it's wrong and you shouldn't think "did i do something wrong?" either, live your life.
I remembered my bestie's dad ever say this one "Shoelaces are always going to come undone. It's human nature to give up after a few days, but what matters is how often you time them up again."

live your life, your life is bigger than just worrying about what hasn't happened yet. What hasn't happened yet may not happen so focus on the rest of your life
and don't forget to be happy
live only once
and die only once
So start enjoying your life now
