Good morning, good evening everybody on mylot. It is 11 in the morning of Saturday, 31st July. It is rainy day again after several days of dry spell. The weather is therefore cooler comparatively at 27 degrees centigrade.
I had to skip my morning walk today due to rains in the morning. I had been regular in my morning walk these days. Morning walk has become necessary for the body to be in good health condition. Just finished my morning rituals including prayers.
Nice to see 2020 Tokyo Olympics progressing without any problems. Rising coronavirus cases in city and even in the games village was a matter of concern for smooth organisation of games. The organisers deserve lot of praise for that. China is leading in the medals tally with 19 gold followed by Japan ana America with 17 and 16 respectively. India ha to be satisfied with single silver medal won on the first day of games. Our shooting team was expected to win some medals for the country but they disappointed fully. We are still hopeful to win some medals. Hope it comes true.
It is weekend again to be enjoyed staying at home. The fear of coronavirus infection still looms large world over. Enjoy your weekend.

One more medal is secured and let's hope that it's a better metal
Anyway, girls are making us proud again. Loss of Mary Kom was an unfair one and quite hurting.

@msdivkar Yes, It was sad. We had high hopes for her and this might be her last Olympics. Anyway, sports is all about sportsmanship and accepting all with grace and dignity.

It's Sunday today and was raining heavily in the morning. I fot late to the office due to traffic jam on the way.
Yes I was expecting some medal in the shooting from India but they really disappointed us
I remember how successful was Abhinav Bindra in the Olympics.
