Got Eli Registered For 2nd Grade!

We have been doing it online the past few years. So simple. At the schools they just send the parents to a computer lab...so no need to go in.
We can call and find out his teacher after the 11th. Hoping he'll like his teacher. I know his kindergarten and first grade teachers were awesome.
School will start here on the 23rd of this month and they only go 4 days a week.
Has school started where you are? Is there in school learning yet? Here it is in person school, thankfully.

@LindaOHio With the online learning, or last year as homework? Either way he didn't! It would be a fight every day. Wonder how much he'll have to do this year especially since they'll only go 4 days a week.

School in Lake Charles will begin Lord willing in a few weeks. My nephew should be registering for his senior year early next week.

@MommyOfEli2013 My nephew will enjoy his senior year this year since last year the school season was shortened due to the hurricanes Laura and Delta.

I haven't heard or seen any busses so far, but I expect to around mid August. I don't have kids in school, so I gage the school calandar based on weather or not busses are driving by.

It starts sometime this month I think here. Enrolling online would be nice. But the schools here dont make after the kids are enrolled. You just need to let them know if you move

@KristenH I would be too...dealt with it all last year and then when they finally say they can be taken off they have to be put on all over again.
