I wanted to write about the vaccination experience of my siblings yesterday but I had two previous posts about vaccine updates and I'm tired about it. Will write about it later.
Yesterday was a tiring day as I had assisted my sibings remotely in getting their vaccine. Will explain more in a different post. After the stressful day, I decided to relax by having some duck eggs and grilled chicken intestines. Both are commonly known as 'balut' and 'isaw' respectively. Both are popular street foods here in the Philippines and I know not everyone eats it. Some would find it disgusting even.
Anyway, these two are my favorite street foods, so decided to buy a couple and I hadit with a bottle of ice cold beer.
These are the little things that I'm thankful for.
What are you thankful for recently?

Got it.
Hope the rain stops for you and your tomatoes bloom into wonderful fruits.

@allen0187 May be that today is going to be a sunny day, it is still dark but the sky seems clear.

The isaw looks like a popular street food we have here called sate but it's made from just chicken, not the intestines.
So many things to be thankful for. One would be the nice jar of roasted red peppers we recently bought for a much cheaper price than usual.

Some people never liked a particular food. That is normal.

This isn't an ordinary egg.
It is a fertilized duck egg so aside from the yellow and white parts, there is a duck embryo inside.

Nope never tried isaw even before I had gout. Maybe I will eat the yellow part of it but not the sisiw itself.
