now that i mentioned pets i googled different types of meowing because my cat meows....well weirdly
kids learn to talk by listening and imitating sounds they hear so maybe cats learn to meow that way to?
and i'm thinking maybe it's because he grew up with us and our "meowing" to him and talking, so when he meows it sounds like he's saying mama 
maybe it doesn't make any sense.
what do you think about my theory?

The only understanding I have about the cat meowing is when Burt wants to get out of the home and when Munster Cheese wants to eat her meal.

@aureategloom My nephews gives the cat their names based on what they look like.

hahah he doesn't, he always sounds like he's looking for something or when he wants us to take a look at something. he's funny

Yeah, I do think so. Sometimes when Chilly meows it sounds like he's saying 'yeah' or 'no'.
