One nut is moving out of the building

This complex is made up of 2 and 3 story buildings. This 3 story building has 4 apartments per floor so there are 12 families or whatever living here. We all get along well for the most part. . . . . . except for 2 of the apartments. One of them is the meth-addict crack whore who has 7 people living in the apartment on the bottom floor. All she does is smoke, talk on the phone, and scream at her 2 year old to shut up. Everyone wants them gone including management. The other one is also down on the ground floor. She had her autistic 20-ish son living with her but the police were called so many times due to their fights that he wound up being placed elsewhere. Tonight there was a giant moving truck outside and, well, when you live in an apartment complex watching the parking lot quickly becomes a hobby. Turns out that the mother without the son is headed out. My guess is that she couldn't afford rent after she stopped receiving SSI for the son. She never bothered me but she fought with my downstairs neighbor over a handicapped spot (don't get me started) and she also tried to break into the Moroccan's apartment last month because she thought there was a woman in there. I don't care whether she is here or not but they all are happy to see her go. Now to just get rid of the crack head.
