Yesterday our office phone is not functioning and has no dial tone. We thought that it's the handset that was defective but when we try to connect another handset, it did not work so I reported the problem to the telco we're subscribing via PM in their FB page. In minutes they message me to inform that they already created a ticket request about the problem and being sorry about the inconvenience. An hour later I received a call from a customer's representative in my phone asking few questions about it. The person also asked our rules and requirements in accepting people in our area if there have been restrictions. This afternoon a technician arrived and inspect the problem but he cannot fixed so he requested some line men to come over to the area and inspect the wire connections. It takes only a little time to fix the problem and the dial tone is back. I'm glad they responded immediately because I've heard some complaints from other customers that when they have problems in their connection it takes time and follow up before they get visited for repair.

That was fortunate. Most of the time people are waiting for their line to get fix and sadly it took them forever.
We just transferred on our new apartment, and we called our internet provider that we need to transfer our internet line, we waited nearly 3 weeks? And my boss wants to fire me because of that (coz I am working from home)... only to find out that our request wasn't processed because they forget to tell us that we have a missing documents need to be submitted -- almost every 2 days my sister called them and no body told her that we need to submit another docs... until she got to talk with a brainy and polite customer service... and after 2 days our internet was transferred and working. Sometimes its the negligence of the employees to educate themselves that put their company's clients in to trouble as well as their companies... just sharing.
