We got our Keto Krate subscription box today. They usually come around the 5th so right on time. I will let you know what was in the box, price, carbs...etc. This box had a lot of cookie kind of items. 1 - Catalina Crunch ~ Chocolate & Vanilla Sandwich Cookies (think Oreos) $12.25 for a box of 18 cookies. For 2 cookies: 6 fat, 5 net carbs 2 - Just The Cheese - Crunch Toasted Cheese ~ Grilled Cheese flavor $1.99 for one "bar" For the bar - 12 fat, 4 net carbs 3 - HiLo Life - Oh So Jalepeno (almond mix) $2.50 for small bag For the bag - 19 fat, 3 net carbs 4 - Genius Gourmet - Chili Lime Chips $2.99 for a bag (snack size) For the snack size bag - 14 fat, 2 net carbs 5 - Simply Delish - Vanilla Instant Pudding $2.99 For a serving - 0 fat, 4.5~ net carbs 6 - Thin Slim Foods - Chocolate Chip Cooketos $5.99 For a serving - 14 fat, 1 net carb 7 - Crazy Go Nuts - Buffallo Walnuts $1.99 Fat - 18, Net carbs - 4 8 - Perfect Keto - Chocolate Chip Cookies $2.49 (for 2 cookies) Fat - 19, Net carbs - 4 9 - Genius Gourmet - Chocolate Keto Shake $2.99 Fat - 15, Net carbs - 4 10 - Hungry Buddha Bar - Lemon Blueberry $3 for 1 bar Fat - 10, Net carbs - 5 I think this box is pretty good. Although there are no meat sticks or pork rinds. You do get to try some chips, and there is a big variety of cookies. I should like most of these things (except the nuts and maybe the Buddha bar).
