Good day to you all, Hope you Monday was not too bad, mine was alright, could have been better but I guess it could have been much worse. It rained off and, on all day, and supposed to be the same tonight and tomorrow. The upside to it, is it did bring the temperature down, but the humidity is still high. That is making it very uncomfortable outside, very sticky day. I won’t complain too much because I am in the house with the A/C going. Was Just reading about Chicago and looks like Just 13 people were killed in the 86 that were shot this weekend. Oddly enough the incidents that were reported are all in areas that are predominantly Black neighborhoods, but I guess those black lives don’t matter. No report of BLM out there protesting. I guess they only matter if a cop is the one doing the shooting. Odd how that works. I hope you all have a good night/day.

90s have returned here. Enjoy your week. Stay cool. And that news seems to be every day, pick and choose reporting is what they do.

Do explain "pick and choose" reporting.

Oh yeah, In Chicago it is like that every weekend and they only give you half the story. Of course if it was whites shooting blacks or cops shooting blacks they certainly would have said that. Since they did not mention that I can only assume that it was black on black crime.

@TheHorse "Pick and Choose" when they either leave out details of the story or only run a story if it fits the agenda they are trying to push.

I am from Chicago. I can't understand how protesters would not be out there when my fellow Chicoans are being mowed down. Were the shooters white supremacists from Idaho? Can you provide some statistics? I grew up on the South Side of Chicago. I survived, but I am gad that I do not live there now.

@TheHorse Most of my childhood then moved out to the suburbs, my parents thought it was getting to dangerous, and now look at it.

I was born and raised in Chicago and so glad I am not there anymore. Well of course they do not say what race the shooters were so I can only assume it was black on black shooting. What kind of statistics are you looking for? I can show you that every weekend there are a lot of people getting shot, like 50 plus every weekend for quite some time.

Blm has become a huge joke. Blacks are killed daily, and usually by their own people. Rather than admit the flaw, the call attention to the wrong kinds of things. So far it's been rain free. Hoping we get a thunderstorm later, but if not it's okay. After all, things could always be worse.

I'm certainly not saying any one killed by anyone is good. But why is it only a big deal when it is a cop or a white person doing the killing. Shouldn't everyone of them matter? Shouldn't BLM be out in force in places like Chicago? Maybe they could get out there and patrol the streets preventing these killings that happen on a daily basis.
