Green salad as a dinner.

I just got an avocado and cut it up in thick slices.
I and now going to washe some lettuce leaves and see if I can find a can of hearts of palm.
I don“t have much to add to my salad. I ate the las tomatoes yesterday and the cheese was eaten days ago.
The arugula is so tiny that I cannot yet take out some of them. Maybe I could cut up a small amount of bunch onions and sweet pepper.
Give me ideas, friends.

Already you have so many wonderful vegetables, to make a nice salad:) At times I put cottage cheese on my salad, or a little bit of salsa.

I made a dressing with homemade mayo and vinegar. I had previously added salt and olive oil to the lettuce.

Never tried lettuce avocado salad...i always try cucumber , onions, tomatoes, salads

you could add some meat or something? but if you want just salad...
lettuce, oil and pepper. maybe?
