Sometimes one of my dinners begin with something I hear or read.
In this case, it was a post made by @sharon6345 . I thanked Sharon and went to the kitchen.
I added a carrot to the potato (a big one).
I had lettuce and I shredded some. I opened a can of tuna. And I diced a bit of the green part of bunch onions.
I put it all together and decided against mayo as a dressing. So I just made a dressing with oil, lots of lemon juice and salt.
I had made such a salad before but I had not eaten it for a long time. Delicious, friends! This salad can also be made with shredded cooked or roasted chicken or meat. It is perfect for leftovers.
I´ll go now to my notifications for a while.

@marguicha We prepare artichokes with olive oil, garlic and parsley and we eat them hot or warm.

I use what I have and what I like. My salad before the dentist did not have onions or garlic.
