Requested to repeat the work

I was in the salon yesterday to have my hair cut and at the same time to have it styled with new look. This time, it’s not in the barber shop and person that I usually go every time I need my hair to be fixed. I requested the person to curl and style it the same as the photo that I have shown her. I thought at first that I will only have my hair curled and the trimming would be at the barber shop that I used to go to but it would be time consuming so I decided to have the work done in one setting. After almost two hours of waiting, the stylist removed the curlers but the result was not achieved. I don’t want to settle for that even if the person insisted that it’s OK. I ask another person to do the job even if I would pay another amount for it and would stay another hours. It was regret because the hair length was already cut down shorter before the second job was done. Not the result that I really wanted but a bit better.

As long as the first person didn't cut your ears off, it will be okay. Your hair will grow again and you can get another person to try to fix your hair the way you want it.
I have gotten bad hair styling/cut at a good salon before. It upset me but my hair grows fast so got it cut/styled the way I wanted it a few months later.

I wouldn't blame you, either. The person should pay if that happens. (I've had my ear cut by a person cutting my hair but it just bled a little bit, so was okay. She apologized a lot!)

@ZedSmart I guess, it is time to go back to your previous barber the next time you will need to get a haircut.

Yeah that is frustrating. Maybe next time it's better to show a picture. When I take my son to the barber that's what we always do.

Well sometimes it also happens to me. But describing how your hair got done, I think you are agirl.
