how politics can destroy a country

some say religion should be separated from the state....
some say, farmers should be armed
some say democratic government is fake, all must be equally fair
sometimes rotten politics can disrupt a country, raise doubts in the hearts of the people, and create riots in various regions
these are all just interests. and interests for the political elite can sometimes destroy everything
I thought it was all just a political matter.
Our conscience can determine what is good and what is not

If we want a morally strong honest country then we should be careful whom we elect to run it. Having a good leader is the first step, advising them is also important. Politics in itself is not bad, it is the mind and heart behind the decisions that powerful people make that is the problem.

You're right, this is where it's important to watch and be careful from the start, don't choose people, later we will also be victims
be careful with politicians who are hypocritical, often say good things just to attract sympathy from the people, but when we sit in government, we are immediately cut down and trampled on

Yes the common people do not involve themselves in political fare. We are too busy trying to survive it.

I have faith in the democracy we have in the USA and that is not the religious kind--just by watching it in action--we make a lot of mistakes, have a lot of bad people who are politicians but so far we do have ckecks and balances that seem to work!
