Spring onions

I loves their color and smell. Usually,I use it in stews and vegetables . It's taste is great compared to the build onions.

@Laurakemunto Have you tried planting those ends with roots?.. I planted some a few months ago they keep growing.. no need to buy..

I would always have spring onions in my fridge. We would use it for garnish often.

You know what? We eat it as a vegetable. Just put some ginger and garlic in hot oil pan and add some spices then add this green onion with potatoes. Cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Ready to eat.
