How to bring up good kids? Raise and praise them!

Parenting is not an easy job. I am a mom of four beautiful girls, ages 15, 13, 11 and 5 years old.
As a mom, I just can’t focus on one area of life and expect that the other areas would go by without a hitch.
I have these list on how to handle my kids and raise them to be a good one.
1.Know your kids actions.
2. Respect your kids.
3. Know their personality.
4. Teach them to manage emotions.
5. Never compare them to other kids.
6. Give them chores and responsibility.
7. Compliment and appreciate them for trying.
8. Give them opportunity to solve their own problem.
9. Encourage them to focus..
The most important is...being a parent, be a role model and always show your support.
Be there for them..

That's very good advice. My children are grown (youngest is 16) but I think I've done a good job with them. Parenting isn't always easy but it it gets easier if parents are willing to put in the work.
