I like the way that Sean Rovers who is 13 years of age is using his appreciation of being alive after he survived a brain tumor four years ago while he was living in Pittsburgh.
Sean with the help of his family started a charity called "Smiles From Sean" by using stress kits like pillows, balls and bags that have a smile on them for children to relieve the stress of battling illnesses.
I like someone like Sean who went through two operations and radiation treatments is using his survival stories to assist children and their relatives by selling his items to raise money that is being donated to hospitals in Pittsburgh.
I am sure Sean has heard of the saying from the late Albert Einstein which is "Everyday is an opportunity to make a happy ending."

That is true since good deeds will come back to Sean one day for his kindness.
