Suggestion on Instagram "you might know"

At first, Instagram was interesting, but now I get bored. Earlier, random people were never suggested, but now, after scrolling through your friends content, you will see some random people videos and images appearing. Those suggested unknown friends will never disappear, no matter how much you try to click cross signs, those random people will still appear. Suggesting "YOU MIGHT KNOW" to you
In addition to this, interestingly, a few days ago, I saw a girl mentioning, "Don't follow me to UnFollow me" 
in her bio. Now I'm starting to wonder what was going on? So I decided to ask my sister what it means and why she needed to mention it in her bio. What I have understood from her is that many users want to become famous and popular quickly, so they will try to follow other users as much as they can, but once they are followed, he/she un-follow them.

but i ignore them

There is one particular addition, popularly known as Reels, you won't believe
there are varieties of creators and by seeing them I really wonder whether they are entertainers, influencer, activities ... I don't know
Personally I use for uploading my few photos and nature videos mostly clouds but I get annoyed by those suggestions
