nightmare yesterday,waked up early this morning!

Yesterday i had a nightmare that someone was chasing me for attack.I was very nervous and try to call policeman by means of phone,but somehow i always can't open celephone in the nightmare,the criminal is geting closer and i feel very anxious about how to deal with emergency,but at the moment,i waked up unexpectedly,not sure whether it can be attributed to scary of nightmare,I got awake earlier than usual.did you ever wake up earlier because of nightmare,guys?are you scared of a nightmare?

The last nightmare that I can remember is worrying myself sick that I owed money to my bank account after I bought an item on Ebay by error.

@Deepizzaguy ,see,i owed loan to bank until today,because i purchased a personal house.the purchase got me into worry,you knew,i must pay loan every month,if there are no timely payback more than 3months,the bank will freeze my house.but now i was relieved because most of loan was paid off,only a little left.

I also wonder why such a weird dream came to me,but have no idea.Dream is very mysterious,many scientist researched it,but nobody can explain why people have a diversity of dreams.

I think everyone has a nightmare at least once and many have them frequently.
It is common to not be able to perform simple life saving tasks in nightmares.
Some people can't scream for help in their bad dreams. It's also common to wake at the apex of danger too.
My last nightmare was some time ago and involved a run away dog that was out on the thin ice on a pond nearby me.
I was crawling out to rescue the dog and fell through the ice. It woke me up too.

yes,i think most people will wake at the apex of danger,don't know why.I also dreamed that i rescue some small animals.but didn't make it finally.

It happens. When I was a child, I dreamt of the panda bear, cooking in large pot I was supposed to keep an eye on. As I sat watching the pot, the lid slowly slid off and the panda began climbing out of the pot walking towards me. I was frozen unable to yell too. Closer and closer panda came till it was going to touch my nose! Then, suddenly I awaken. Like you, it repeated.

I know. Hated the repeat nightmare! Being a little girl, one day I thought, I'm not afraid of panda. Never had that nightmare again.

It was really a scary dream you had,hope it didn't bring negative effect on you.anyway,i think dream was dream,when you got awake,try to forget it.

Yes, in July I had dream that a bear was trying to get into my house, and get me and my son. He got so close to me I could see his claw, swiping at me.
