What's for dinner?

Chicken drumsticks. I am gonna season them and bake them in the oven. There are seven of them in the pack. We are gonna eat four today and there will be three left for tomorrow. Since hubby is gonna go out to eat after work with some of his coworkers those three drumsticks will be for me.
I will make a salad to go along with the drumsticks. I am gonna add pickles to the salad since we do not have any cucumbers.
Maybe I will boil some bulgur as well. If I do that, I will saute some onion with butter and mix it into the bulgur once it's done.

I had smoked turkey, potatoes, and an avocado. I don't know why, but I was craving the avocado all day today.

Smoked turkey as in the cold cut or actual turkey that was smoked? Lately, I've been craving a smoked turkey sandwich with mayo, lettuce, and tomato. I think it's time I went and got one. I can go buy the bread and the rest of the ingredients and make one myself but then I'd have to eat it many days in a row. I just want it once lol.

@moffittjc I've never smoked a turkey before. Heck, I've never even baked a turkey before either. I've eaten a smoked turkey though that someone ordered for Thanksgiving. It was pretty good.

I love chicken; but I like the white meat. Sounds like a good meal. I had a Meals on Wheels lunch -- Chicken Cordon Bleu, mashed potatoes, beets (only ate a few) and applesauce.

I prefer the dark meat more. So does hubby. Your dinner sounds yummy.

It was. And I get to enjoy the drumsticks again today. Hubby will be going out to dinner with some of his coworkers so I have three drumsticks all to myself.
