Dear all, I have a few friends that already being Vegan since 20 years backs. I've been visiting their house and invited for lunch and dinner, I love Vegan foods so far, and don't mind to eat that the whole course, especially as I love eat vegetables. But on other side, I also love seafood so much, so to be totally vegan, it's a big self challenge. So around 10 years ago, I started by not eating red meat in all of my meal. I did still eat cheap hamburger that most of its patty was flour instead of meat. But its like only once every 6 months or a year. Other than that, after 2 years, I got used to not to eat red meat, that I am not able to chew or swallow it when I want to.
However, last year suddenly I had this urge to eat a cow bone soup, and eat a full bowl of it. Soooo delicious, and after that like once a month, I started to eat small portion of beef such as beef yakiniku, Rendang (Indonesian beef heavy curry) and cow bone soup - off course :-) Not all 3 of them at same time on same month, just one of them - each month. I still eat my white meat and seafood, though.
But lately - the last 3 months, I felt that my body are not as healthy as used to. I also noticed that after eat red meat, I had some digestion problems. And it keep increasing (health problems). I remember I had a friend that had stadium 3 cancer, and then going Vegan help hers to be better and heal - eventually. Therefore, last week I also start eat Vegetarian and after a week, already feel different in my body. Much lighter and healthier. Vegetarian means I did not eat seafood or other white meat (chicken & fish) as well.. Wish me luck to be able to stay like this on my eating habits

Non vegetarian foods are generally tastier but not good for health if we eat it in excess
