My Veggies lunch

This my lunch today - A mix of Veggies - called Urap - a traditional Indonesia foods. No meat at all. Its consists of Spinach, morning glory, Hia leaf, and cabbage, mix with coconut tiny shredded sauce with a little chilly on the sauce. Usually I also will add carrot and legume (yardlong bean), but today a bit lazy to prepare those 2 additional. So here's - Urap - love it so much!!

@m_audrey6788 have you try it? But oh..need to look to their menu, cos maybe they're not having that "urap" in their menu

It is. When you have change to visit our country - do try it in Indonesian Resto. I know veggies quite expensive in Germany, so I did not eat Veggies when visiting your country, But I did cooked kidney beans and eat that with rice or potatoes. I exchange Veggies with Fruits there :-D

your lunch is excellent. I had masoor lentil rice and papad in lunch.

@Vree0937 thanks Vree in Kolkata there are 5 type of lentits called masur moong arhar biuli chana. All the lentils taste different.

Vegetarian foods are good for health we should eat veggies food to keep ourselves healty.

veggies are good for health ..
