Supper : spicy rice

I have this craving for something spicy and delicious so I decided to make a spicy rice with carrots,onions,coriander,mixed spices . It's tasty to eat with vegetables. What are you having today mylotters

Yes really tastes good I do love capsicum too but I avoided using it since my little sister and son never likes it at all

We had baigan bharta ( mashed smoked eggplant with onion, tomatoes, chopped coriander and green chillies) and chapati( Indian bread) for our dinner.

That's great foods full of nutrients. My dinner is grated mongo beans with coco milk, raw onions, leafy onions and sliced spinach and grilled tuna belly my all the time favorite with chili sauce.

We also cook this type of rice in India. It seems yumm in your display picture. Here we call it Vegetables Biryani
