Spring is coming. I can feel it in my bones and in the socks that I don´t need to go to sleep anylonger.
Today, as we all went to bed very late yesterday, I decided to check online the change of the hour in clocks. We are now in summer time which means that many people say it is against human nature. But I don´t mind. I´m retired and I do what I want. My watch is on my night table just in case, but I don´t use it.
Today we go to Marcela´s home for lunch. I don´t know at what time but I wish the rest of the people here would start moving because I know that Marcela and her husband are very much aware of time.
Are you one of those people who arrive late when invited? I don´t like that.

When I'm invited somewhere or have an appointment, I'm very prompt about being on time, or even early. I hate it when others act disrespectful and attend things late, making someone wonder when they'll arrive!

I feel the same. But now I will do what my friends do as they will take me to their daughter´s home.

@marguicha Jay quite often runs late, for different occasions. I get nervous and upset on the inside, but usually don't say anything.

@LadyDuck I feel the same way. I used to ring them when they came for dinner. Some food just cannot keep if it is not served on time.

Me neither. I only accept tardiness from my best friends only because they have so many other qualities.

I hope you enjoyed your lunch at Marcela's. I am very freaky about being on time everywhere I go. My husband is not. He is perpetually late.

I go out to a few places now and I am usually taken to the place I´m going. I sold my car a couple of years ago or so.

@LindaOHio I go to Dixie´s and I go to my daughters´ houses. As for the groceries, I buy online since the pandemia started. Only once or twice I have taken an Uber with a mask on.
