Happy Labor Day 2021!: What Changes will American Employees Have to Make in their Work?

"Market pressures are doing the job that the federal government couldn't." Huh? 'The government' isn't SUPPOSED to do that job (not in 'free market'-America)! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ja8QlGlF3o0&ab_channel=CBSSundayMorning CBS Sunday Morning is reporting that--this 2021 Labor Day when the federal unemployment-aid ends--employers & employees will have to 'make some changes' ... so far this year, it's seemed like unemployment benefits were "more lucrative" than the slave-wages most American employers have BEEN paying! (The employer they interviewed says his wage-budget is only 15% of the total investment.) I'm thinking the employers & employees will have to become more "partners" (like Napoleon Hill says they are (in his book Think & Grow Rich), except with employees covering more of the costs in the employer's former budget).

I believe workers and employers are partners. Problems start when the employers begin to think they must exploit the workers.

Do employers show their budget to all the employees and ask for them to invest in the company in India? Because in America (though there is a lot of paperwork involving fees & taxes etc.) employees have nothing to do with company-business other than 'working there and getting paid.'

@mythociate False. Many American companies are publicly traded, meaning workers do not only have to work and get paid there, they have the ability to become an owner of the business they work for.

If we were to make a modern Bible (one with a Testament that applied to today's customs & technology), I think this would be a book of it.
