2nd day of work- stressful day

Today is my 2nd day of work. First time working in a big supermarket is a total different experience compare to small company. Today, my superior had an argument with a vendor, both of them are hot temper, throwing vulgar words to each other, raising voices. I felt bad because my superior was trying to protect me but had a misunderstanding with the vendor. A stressful day indeed
