A bit ago I finally got through to the Health Center ! 
I have an appointment on the tenth, and while I won't see my regular doctor, the one I see will be able to look over the things that my new employer wants, and look at my records to see which ones I (hopefully) already have.
Tomorrow I need to get ahold of my boss at the first childcare center and ask if she has records of other things the doctor can't provide (ie: other kinds of training, etc.)
Glad to have the first part of that done with.
