Another Writing Gig

Yes, I was offered another writing gig from the Filipino German magazine again. This time is about Filipino food and I have to write my own recipes from starter to dessert. A starter and a dessert are very easy for me to make but I am still thinking of the main menu. Of course, strawberries are my dessert for this writing gig. One of the products of Baguio city. I have to submit my writing in a week.
The magazine where I am writing will be 6 years this October and I am writing on this magazine for the same year now. The anniversary magazine is about Baguio, the beautiful place in the Philippines which I have not visited, yet.
Maybe some of the Filipinos here on Mylot have been to Baguio before. Any suggestion of a typical local food from Baguio? It would be nice to know some food from that place.
Have you heard about this beautiful place before?
The photo is an ice cream dessert decorated with strawberries and other fruits. Looking at this photo makes me thirsty now. Yummy, isn’t it?
Thanks for reading. Have a nice weekend.

Thank you @RebeccasFarm.
I just got a message asking me to make a moist chocolate cake for Wednesday. A birthday cake for my friends daughter. I can't say no as the daughter is very fond of my cakes.

Grats on the writing gig!
Baguio is in the news today because of some celebrities who spent time there as friends.
As for food, strawberry taho is a big thing in Baguio.
