'Dahi Wada'

Prepared 'Dahi wada' for breakfast. Dahi is yoghurt. Sadly I cannot post images here. But I leave it to your imagination.
Sugar and salt to taste is added to curds and whipped Ground black gram dhal is made into balls and deep fried. These balls are then placed in the curds and garnished with chilli powder and chopped coriander.

@FaruMesh Grind black gram dhal to a paste which is soaked over night. .Make balls from the paste and deep fry. Add sugar and salt to curds. Dip deep fried wadas in the curds.Garnish with chilli powder and chopped coriander leaves. That simple

We mix curd with sugar and salt and then garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and chili powder.
