Do You Have People Who Curse At Work?

Cursing in the workplace creates a bad environment. And in many cases you can't say too much about this. It's cool to the people who work there. What do you do when you can't stand cursing in the office or at work? Do you stay or leave? Have you had to work around cursing?

I used to work in companies where cursing was the norm. It is no different working at home.

cursing is a red flag specially in a working environment or where many people present.
cursing will degrade respect or will degrade respect to a group or company.

I have a boss who always shouts at us for not achieving the targets which are not available. We have to listen to him because we cannot argue with him. We cannot complain because our unit head is also like him and will favor him for sure. We have to live with it.
