Those Streaming Oddities

I watch ALOT of tv. I recently got a Roku tv and have been streaming all kinds of movies. I keep going back to Netflix however. The channels available on the Roku are mostly ones that show old tv shows(Dark Shadows and such)and seem to have old movies or Bones at best. The only real good channel is Roku and Tubi. I have watched several movies the last few nights on Netflix. One was Kate about an assassin who has been poisoned and is searching for her poisoner before she dies. Good action. Then a few nights ago I watch Carrie Pilby which was really cute. About a young woman played by Bel Powley. She plays a young woman of high intelligence trying to make it in the world. Pretty cute. Also, I saw one, Paradise Hills, I would like someone's opinion on. It is different and entertaining to a degree but the last few minutes of it I got confused. The head of the retreat acts weird and I am not sure what she was trying to accomplish. If you watch or have seen it can you give me your opinion of what she is doing in the last interaction with the main character? Thanks.
