So I´ll cook a bit of them al dente and will eat it for dinner.
Then I will put on a nightgown and turn on the heater. The day has been sunny so I haven´t been too cold.
Do you like veggies al dente or more cooked? I discovered when I was a teen that I did not like veggies because they were overcooked.
I´ll take part of it to Tania on Saturday. She might want to sautee some with other veggies.
Now for dinner.

@DianneN Once Dixie came famished at my lunch time for "a cup of coffee". I offered her broccoli and she said she hated them. I though that she had only had over cooked ones so I served her some and told her to try them. She looked in confusion and told me that broccoli were not that color. I explained. All my childhood I had eaten gray green veggies cooked my a maid.My mom was a wonderful cook but she only cooked for guests and for birthdays. I had to go to the US where my mom cooked every day to be able to eat veggies.

Usually al dente or not cooked at all. Many are perfect as they are.

I don’t like eating cooked vegetables actually. I prefer them raw. I don’t know why but i love eating salads only.

Salads are very good. I have learned lately to eat many veggies raw.
